A 720 MB, 8-bit scan at West Coast Imaging (to take one well-known and reputable example) costs $225. I scanned hundreds of images at this size over the course of several years, and this scanner paid for itself more than a dozen times over. It was easily the best photographic investment I ever made.

Please contact me via e-mail at brett@brettdeacon.com, or via cell at 307-761-2588, if you would like to discuss this system and your potential interest in it. I live in Laramie, Wyoming and shipping charges will apply unless you are able to stop by in person and pick up the scanner, or if another arrangement can be made.
